Rogue Judges who need to be removed…

A House GOP lawmaker, Rep. Brandon Gill from Texas, just dropped impeachment articles on U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, and I’m all for it. Rep. Gill’s calling it straight: “For weeks, rogue judges have been stomping on the President’s mandate—his constitutional duty—to keep us safe.” 

Boasberg —an Obama-appointed liberal — is a radical activist with a gavel, slamed an emergency brake on President Trump’s deportation flights that are aimed at kicking out members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. Why would he do such a stupid thing!

Boasberg’s stunt has caused a storm.
Blocking Trump’s move to ship out these terrorist criminals, claiming some wartime law from over two centuries ago doesn’t apply is total overreach, and the judge knows it. But today the plot thickened. Trump fired off a Truth Social post, and he didn’t mince words:

“This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President—He didn’t WIN the popular VOTE (by a lot!), he didn’t WIN ALL SEVEN SWING STATES… This judge, like many of the Crooked Judges I am forced to appear before, should be IMPEACHED!!!” 

Hours later, Chief Justice John Roberts— the guy that liberal media outlets falsely portray as a big conservative because he was selected by RINO President George W. Bush —creeped out from his chamber with a statement of his own:

“For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”

Let’s cut through the BS

We all know Boasberg is a poster child for judicial activism. As for his pal Justice Roberts, the media knows he’s a liberal at heart, but they cast him as a conservative to make Trump look bad. Nobody asked Roberts to issue an opinion, he should stop playing pro-lefty politics from the bench.

Fact is, Trump’s trying to clean up the border mess created by Obama and Biden —something voters screamed for in November—and yet Boasberg is tossing out directives to force our president into returning terrorist gang members to the U.S. for court trials? No judge in his or her right mind would do such a thing if Lady Justice was their only concern. These anti-Trump judges appear to be focused on carrying out an anti-MAGA mission, and so when it comes to our safety, in my opinion, they are as dangerous as the 9/11 terrorists.

Focusing back on Roberts
John Roberts has a track record of cozying up to progressive rulings. Remember 2012? He twisted himself into knots to save Obamacare, calling that penalty a “tax” when everyone knew it was a power grab. Then there’s 2020—Bostock v. Clayton County—where he joined the left to redefine “sex” in employment law, handing a win to the woke crowd. Time and again, Roberts seems to bend over backwards to dodge conservative fights, leaving us knowing whose side he’s really on.

So, can we impeach Boasberg?
History says yes—and it’s happened before. A total of 15 federal judges have faced impeachment, but when Congress moves, it’s usually for big reasons. Take Judge Alcee Hastings in 1989—impeached and booted by the Senate for bribery and perjury after a lawmaker filed articles. Or Judge Samuel Kent in 2009, nailed for sexual misconduct and lying about it. Then there’s Judge Thomas Porteous in 2010—impeached for kickbacks and corruption. These weren’t just disagreements over rulings; they were abuses of power, ethical train wrecks. In Boasberg’s case, Rep. Gill’s arguing the radical judge is abusing his bench to thwart a President’s lawful authority. If that’s not “high crimes and misdemeanors” by a judge who appears to rule for the “rights” of illegal alien gang members above the safety of Americans, what is?

Here’s how the impeachment works... 
The House, where Republicans hold a slim edge, needs a majority vote to impeach—easy enough if the GOP rallies. Although, these days, we do have to worry about RINO House Members, but let’s assume we get what we need. Then it’s off to the Senate, where a two-thirds vote—67 senators—convicts and removes the judge. Much tougher sledding there, with all of the Dems — and radical RINOs like Susan Collins — likely to push for protecting Obama’s radical judge in tandem with handing Trump a loss. Sadly, your safety means nothing to these people.

My heart says Gill’s resolution isn’t just theater; it’s a shot across the bow. Boasberg’s not untouchable—federal judges serve “during good behavior,” per the Constitution, and blocking a President’s national security play could cross that line. The process exists for a reason: to check radicals in black robes. However, if I remove my passion for doing what is right, and I focus solely on the history and numbers, then the odds remain in the judge’s favor.

Since 1789, as noted, Congress has impeached just 15 federal judges. That’s a microscopic 0.5% of the roughly 3,000 federal judges in U.S. history, based on estimates from the Federal Judicial Center. Of those 15, only eight got the boot after a Senate conviction—a 53% success rate once impeachment hits the upper chamber. So, historically, the odds of any judge getting impeached are slimmer than a razor’s edge—about 1 in 200, or 0.5%. Conviction? Even tougher, dropping to 0.27%.

Bottom line: Boasberg’s ruling reeks of elitism, and Roberts’ sanctimonious lecture proves he’s more interested in protecting his progressive club membership than the country’s safety. Impeachments are rare, sure, but when judges act like kings, Congress has the tools to slap them down. Gill’s move might not oust Boasberg today, but it’s a wake-up call. It’s time to drain the swamp—courts included. I say Trump roles the dice and keeps sending the deportation flights. Let the judge go to Central America on his own dime to bail the terrorists out from prison, if he dare.
