THE DAY ZELENSKYY WENT TOO FAR…

President Trump kicked President Zelenskyy out of the White House today, a scene that not even the producers of HOUSE OF CARDS would ever imagine scripting. But for the sake of entertainment, let’s work this story from the beginning.

If you listen to my podcast on any single day, including today, I rip into Ukraine’s leader because he deserves it. He is a con man who wears his wanna-be GI Joe rags to sell a narrative that he’s a frontline general in the war against Putin. It is a total scam, the guy is a leech, and we should never entertain a meeting with him — let alone give him money.

The above said, GI Volody came to Washington DC today to sign a minerals deal, which I think is as useful as grabbing a rock when searching for a flotation devise. But regardless, it did not turn out so well for the little man and his wartime Halloween costume.

Upon his arrival to the White House meeting on February 28, Trump took a sarcastic jab at Volodymyr’s pathetic attire, amplifying the tension between the two leaders. As Zelenskyy arrived in his signature olive-green outfit that is better suited for changing the oil on your neighbor’s minivan than meeting with the man you need protecting your country, Trump quipped, “Nice to see you dressed up for the occasion—guess we’re just a pit stop between the battlefield and your next photo op.” 

The remark, dripping with mockery, underscored Trump’s irritation with Zelenskyy — and it set the tone for their fiery exchange, reflecting not just a clash over policy but a personal jab at the Ukrainian leader’s informal style during a critical diplomatic moment.

Once inside the Oval Office, things turned super interesting in front of the press.  

According to sources close to Zelenskyy, tempers had flared even before the event began. The Ukrainian president was apparently presented with a minerals for security agreement by the Trump administration prior to the press event, but the deal included no security guarantees to protect Ukraine from another Russian invasion. 

Zelenskyy had warned repeatedly ahead of his trip to Washington, D.C., that, in order to reach a mineral agreement, Kyiv needed these security assurances. Even so, he angered Trump and Vance by rejecting the deal, the source said. 

PRO TIP: When planning to travel from Ukraine to the U.S. to sign a major deal, always ask to see a final draft prior to flying over.

Once seated in the Oval Office, the meeting between Trump and and GI Volody turned contentious, derailing efforts to advance a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia. The clash saw Trump and Vice President JD Vance accusing Zelenskyy of disrespecting the U.S., particularly over his perceived lack of gratitude for American support. Zelenskyy got loud, and started challenging JD Vance, but he got nowhere.

At one point during the meeting, GI Volody told Trump that America would soon feel the pain and anguish that comes with war. Trump stopped him in his tracks, telling him harshly not to comment on America’s future or status. This put Zelenskyy, his crew, and the press on high alert: This was not going to end well.

As noted, the meeting was meant to finalize a minerals agreement granting the U.S. access to Ukraine’s rare earth resources in exchange for ongoing support, a deal Trump touted as fostering a “sustainable future” between the nations. However, tensions flared as Zelenskyy pushed back against Trump’s claim that U.S. aid outstripped Europe’s—Congress has provided $175 billion since 2022, compared to Europe’s $138.7 billion—and challenged the negotiation approach, especially after being excluded from U.S.-Russia talks in Saudi Arabia on February 18. Trump and Vance argued Zelenskyy’s stance weakened his position, with Trump warning, “You don’t have the cards right now.”

Ultimately, the press was told to leave, and Trump, Vance, Rubio and other Trump members gathered separately. Zelenskyy and his crew were in a room waiting for a sit down meal with the administration. Trump apparently told Sec of State Rubio to escort the Ukrainian team out of the White House — the meeting was over. Zelenskyy and team were anxious to restart negotiations, but Trump said, “NO.”

Later in the day, Trump tweeted the following statement:

“We had a very meaningful meeting in the White House today. Much was learned that could never be understood without conversation under such fire and pressure. It’s amazing what comes out through emotion, and I have determined that President Zelenskyy is not ready for Peace if America is involved, because he feels our involvement gives him a big advantage in negotiations. I don’t want advantage, I want PEACE. He disrespected the United States of America in its cherished Oval Office. He can come back when he is ready for Peace.”

In response, GI Volody tweeted the following: “Thank you America, thank you for your support, thank you for this visit. Thank you President Trump, Congress, and the American people. Ukraine needs just and lasting peace, and we are working exactly for that.”

In regards to Trump’s tactics, it was brilliant theater and make no mistake: This was all by design. Trump is very smart, he knows how to negotiate. He had to make GI Volody look small, and incapable of running a wartime country. He basically made the Ukrainian president look weak and desperate to every nation around the world. In other words, Trump, today, manhandled the little guy and at the same time took over the world. Trump is the voice that is heard, loudly, everywhere. I should also note that JD Vance played a great part today — Trump loved his side kick’s grit and attack dog style. You’ll know what I mean when you watch the playback.

As for the other guy, he looked extremely weak to his own people in Ukraine. Thus, I guarantee you, GI Volody is hurting right now, and to make things worse, he won’t able to sleep tonight, tomorrow, or anytime soon. I hate to admit it, but as powerful as DML CBD is for pain relief and sleeping assistance, not even my products can help the little guy. He is finished.

In the end, we need to rid of this dude, stop funding a war that we have no reason being involved with, and let’s put our money and resources back to work for the American people.
