A CLOSET LIB: Justice Amy Coney Barrett…

Today, I am focusing on the closet liberal that is Justice Amy Coney Barrett—a.k.a. Trump’s handpicked Supreme Court Justice who’s been leaving conservatives and the MAGA crowd pulling their hair out more times than we’d like to count. She was supposed to be the rock-ribbed, faith-driven conservative to lock in that 6-3 majority and keep the Trump agenda humming along. Confirmed in 2020 faster than an Elon Musk rocket, we all figured she’d be a slam dunk for the right. But we were wrong —it appears Barrett’s got the mind of a liberal, and she’s veered to the far-left enough times to make Trump and his base wonder what the heck happened. Let’s tally up the damage, including today’s jaw-dropping vote, and see just how often she’s stuck it to conservatives.

First up, rewind to July 2024
Trump’s immunity case: We were all on edge, hoping Barrett would give Trump a bulletproof vest against those January 6 prosecutions. The court went 6-3, saying presidents get immunity for official acts, but Barrett had to write her own little concurrence, splitting hairs like a barber on a bad day. She said juries should still hear about those “official” acts as evidence in some cases, siding with the liberal trio—Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson—on that point. Trump must’ve been steaming, thinking, “I put her in there, and she’s throwing me under the bus!” That’s strike one, folks, and it stung the MAGA faithful deep, seeing Amy aligning with the far-left when it mattered most.

Then there’s June 2024
Fischer v. United States, the January 6 rioters’ obstruction case. Conservatives were praying Barrett would help toss those charges out, giving Trump supporters a lifeline. Most of the right-wing justices agreed, but not Amy—she dissented with the liberals, accusing the majority of “textual backflips” to let the rioters off easy. Strike two, and you could feel the heat rising from the base. Posts on X were buzzing with frustration, calling her a “disaster” and a “closet liberal.” She didn’t just disappoint conservatives here—she kicked sand in the face of Trump’s whole narrative about that chaotic day.

Fast forward to today, March 5, 2025: Foreign Aid
Barrett’s at it again —this time with a real doozy. The Supreme Court voted 5-4 to force Trump’s administration to cough up nearly $2 billion in foreign aid payments he’d put the brakes on, and guess who sided with the Dems? Yep, Barrett and the other train wreck, Chief Justice Roberts, joined the liberal justices to slap down Trump’s bid to keep that money frozen. Trump wanted to stop the USAID cash flow until someone could prove it wasn’t a giant slush fund of waste—and let’s be real, he’s got a point when you see where this money’s been going. We’re talking $320,000 to fund “gender-diverse” coffee collectives in Colombia—like we’re sipping lattes to solve world peace. Or how about $1.5 million for “eco-friendly” art projects in Brazil? And don’t get me started on the $500,000 for “climate-aware” puppet shows in Bangladesh—puppets, folks! This ain’t your grandpa’s foreign aid; it’s a circus of woke nonsense. Conservatives are livid, with X lighting up over Barrett “betraying taxpayers” to keep this gravy train rolling. That’s strike three, and Trump’s got to be wondering why he ever picked her.

But wait, there’s more…
August 2024, the Arizona voting rights fiasco. The RNC begged the court to block voters without citizenship proof from casting ballots in the presidential race—standard conservative playbook stuff. Barrett said, “Nope,” and teamed up with the liberals to deny the full request. She let part of it slide, but not enough to keep common sense people like you and me happy. That’s four times she’s zigged when conservatives—and Trump’s election strategy—needed her to zag. And back in March 2024, she joined the libs again, saying the court overreached by keeping Trump on Colorado’s ballot. Add it up, and you’ve got at least five head-scratching moments where she’s gone to the left — making conservatives fume and Trump question his own judgment. X posts today are calling her everything from “RINO Amy” to a “massive disappointment”—and with this foreign aid ruling, the critics are out in full force.

Why is she pulling this crap?  
Her $2 billion foreign aid vote today isn’t just about the money—it’s about principle. When you’ve got taxpayer dollars funding “trans-inclusive” yoga retreats in Nepal for $750,000 or “vegan diplomacy” workshops in Vietnam for $200,000, you start to see why Trump wanted to hit pause. Barrett’s vote to keep that spigot open feels like a gut punch to the America First crowd who thought she’d protect the rule of law and instill common sense. She’s gone rogue—her voting record is nothing shy of anti-American — therefore, I am guessing she was a Kamala Harris voter.

So where does this all leave us?
Five big votes—immunity, January 6, foreign aid, Arizona voting, and Colorado ballots—where Barrett’s gone hand-in-hand with the left and ticked off conservatives, Trump included. The guy appointed her expecting a smart conservative mind, but she’s acting more like the white version of Rep. Ilhan Omar by favoring liberal-minded rulings that spit on the Constitution. It is a complete betrayal— and the problem is she’s going to be around for a long time considering she’s still young at 53.

I love Trump, but truth is his first term was a disaster when considering some of his picks for key spots in D.C. How I wish he would have picked Sen.Ted Cruz instead of Barrett.

The only thing more disgusting than Barrett’s vote was how the Democrats disrespected Trump and a 13-year old African American kid who survived cancer. Yup, last night during the president’s speech, the Democrats showed the world how evil they can be. I destroyed the Dems for their behavior on my podcast today.
