A DEPORTATION FIGHT

My president wants to deport illegal aliens, especially the bad ones who kill and rape, but the liberals across America are doing everything they can to stop him.

I struggled between writing about tariffs this evening, and how all the self-proclaimed experts like Jim Cramer and Ben Shapiro — who sent fear to everyone about a Black Monday scenario — appear to be missing tonight considering the NASDAQ closed higher, the Futures are also up in post day trading, and the markets did not crash Monday. I was right, again! But, considering I spent my entire podcast discussing such issues (and it was a great podcast), I am going to discuss a late breaking news item about the SCOTUS and the illegal alien gangbanger Democrats want to save.

I HATE THE NY TIMES
Here’s the deal—Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, an illegal alien from El Salvador, got deported on March 27, 2025, as part of a Trump administration sweep targeting gang threats. According to an earlier New York Times piece from April 4, “Trump Administration Is Ordered to Return Migrant Deported to El Salvador,” he was nabbed after a construction shift and shipped off with a plane full of alleged MS-13 and Tren de Aragua thugs to El Salvador’s mega-prison. The feds used the Alien Enemies Act, a 1798 wartime law, to fast-track his exit, saying he’s tied to MS-13. But some bleeding-heart judge, Paula Xinis, cried foul, claiming he had a court order to stay, and ordered him brought back—setting off the mess we’re in now with the April 7 article, “Supreme Court Temporarily Blocks Order to Return Man Wrongly Deported to El Salvador.” That’s the backstory—now let’s rip this latest piece to shreds.

This April 7 New York Times article is a steaming pile of half-truths and spin. They’re peddling Abrego Garcia as some pitiful “migrant” caught in a glitch. Migrant? What a joke! That’s the fluffy label for someone here legally, not an illegal alien who snuck in. They don’t say it once—not ONCE—that he was here illegally. They dodge it like it’s a live wire, yammering about “inadvertent deportation” and a court order letting him stay. How noble! But they won’t admit he had no legal right to be here. That’s no slip; it’s a calculated con to keep you clueless.

Then, after the weepy buildup, they finally slip in—way down the page, like it’s nothing—that the Trump administration tags him as MS-13. MS-13! The animals who hack people up and pump drugs into our streets? But they bury it, barely blink, and rush back to how Xinis calls it a “grievous error” to deport him. They let his lawyer claim no gang ties—like we’re supposed to buy that over the feds—and don’t even poke at it. Why? Because digging might wreck their “poor migrant” narrative.

My films, They Come to America—all four—lay this out clear as day. MS-13 and their ilk don’t flaunt their colors. They’re crafty. They work day jobs—construction, landscaping—to blend in, look legit. Then, at night, they’re gangbanging, dealing dope, and turning our towns into war zones. This guy got nabbed after a construction shift. Rings a bell, doesn’t it? I’ve got it on tape—cops, border agents, real people—showing how they hide in plain sight. But The New York Times wants you crying over “due process,” not seeing the danger I’ve exposed.

Let’s stack facts.
In 2018, Long Island busted MS-13 punks posing as landscapers by day, running drugs and rackets by night. In 2020, ICE grabbed dozens in New York—construction workers, delivery guys—doubling as gang enforcers after hours. It’s their playbook: clock in, fund the chaos. The feds say Abrego Garcia’s one of them, and I’d bet they’ve got solid intel. But this article’s too busy shining his shoes to ask what’s up.

I’ve walked the border, filmed the mess, talked to the victims. If Trump’s team says he’s MS-13, I’m not betting on a judge’s tears—he’s gone. SCOTUS needs to step up. They paused Xinis’s order to haul him back, good start, but they’ve got to go further. Trump’s using the Alien Enemies Act to boot threats like this guy, who flew out with alleged MS-13 and Tren de Aragua scum. The article whines about “no due process,” but illegal aliens don’t get a VIP pass to clog our courts. They broke in; they don’t dictate the exit.

The Constitution gives the president the wheel on national security and immigration—full stop. District judges like Xinis, or that James Boasberg stalling other deportations, are overreaching. Every minute we waste on this guy is another minute MS-13 digs in. My films showed the cost—murders, overdoses, shattered lives. We can’t play soft. SCOTUS has to tell these courts to back off and let Trump deport every illegal alien on our soil. No judge, no court, should have a say—none.

So, New York Times, stuff your “migrant” sob story. Abrego Garcia’s an illegal alien, maybe a gangbanger, and he doesn’t belong here. Trump’s right to ship him out, and SCOTUS better make damn sure no one stops him—or anyone else—from doing it again. America’s safety comes first, every time.
