2020
I START by saying we all know the 2020 election was a scam, just like we all knew Biden was incompetent, suffering from an illness of some kind — be it dementia or whatnot. But, like always, the Dems covered it up and lied to the American people. Now here we are, years later, with the receipts showing we were right. And somehow the Dems are pretending they are shocked by the revelations.
Leaked audio from Joe Biden’s 2023 interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur reveals significant memory lapses, raising concerns about his mental acuity during his presidency. Obtained by far-left news outlet Axios, the clips from the October 2023 interviews, part of a probe into Biden’s handling of classified documents, show him struggling to recall key details, including when his son Beau died and when he left the vice presidency.
In the audio, Biden, then 80, pauses for long periods, mutters, and speaks in a halting, whispery voice. When asked about papers he worked on in 2017-2018, he incorrectly said Beau was “deployed or is dying,” needing his lawyers to clarify Beau’s 2015 death. He also asked multiple times when his vice-presidential term ended and struggled to explain a classified Afghanistan memo, vaguely citing “posterity.” His attorneys frequently stepped in, supplying dates or words like “fax machine.” Despite moments of humor, like joking about his wife’s photos, Biden often veered off-topic, especially on October 8, 2023, a day after Hamas’ attack on Israel. He sounded more engaged the next day.
February 2024 report concluded no charges were warranted, partly because Biden would likely be seen as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” by jurors. This description, which angered Biden and Democrats, was validated by the audio, sparking Republican criticism and renewed scrutiny of Biden’s fitness. The White House, which resisted releasing the audio citing potential misuse, downplayed its significance, noting the transcript was public for over a year.
The House Judiciary Committee sued for the recordings in July 2024, arguing they offered critical “verbal and nonverbal context” missing from transcripts. The audio’s release, days before a book on Biden’s decline by Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, intensifies debates about his mental state and the Democratic Party’s handling of his 2024 campaign, which ended after a poor debate performance.
Someone needs to be held accountable, but they won’t.
